Refund Policy 

You have 7 calendar days to be eligible for a refund.There are also prerequisites to be eligible for a refund besides the number of days from the day of it’s delivery such as:

  1. Your item is unopened 

  2. Unused and is still in the same condition as when you received it.

  3. Your item must be in the original packaging it came in.

  4. Your item must be in the same original packaging. 

Upon collection of the goods, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of the goods after inspecting it. There are two possible outcomes.

If it is approved by us, we will initiate a refund to you of the cost of the goods to your issued credit card or bank account provided. The refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method within a certain days, depending on the credit card issuer and bank's policies.

If it is not approved we will notify you of the next step that you should take.
