La Viet Cascara Tea or Coffee Cherry Tea is made from the dried skin of ripe Arabica coffee fruits harvested from La Viet coffee farm in Xuan Truong commune, Da Lat. The tea has a flavor of dried fruit, sweet and refreshing, and does not contain caffeine, making it suitable for people of all ages.

| Preparation | Add 20g of Cascara to a container with a lid, then pour in 600ml of water to steep for about 3 minutes. Strain out the Cascara and pour it into a serving container. Add slices of lemon, strawberries, and a little honey. Stir well to combine the flavors (tastes better when served with ice). |
